By accepting a quote or visiting and purchasing from Munster Design and Print website, you have read these terms and conditions in full, as set out below. We aim to get all client work done in the time-frame requested. Although we are committed to turning around work as quickly as you need it, the more notice we can get the better.
Shop Now Products – Welcome Customers. We want your experience to be a safe and easy one on our website. Your personal data will be used to process your SHOP NOW order, support your experience throughout this website and our other services offered in our [privacy_policy].
The fees outlined in this document include: Final approved concept has an allowance of 2 modifications made to each piece.
Further modifications to client’s chosen concept will be offered at our $50 per hour.
Printing costs are not included in the graphic design fees, and will vary depending on the type of project, the number/type of colours used, materials and the total number of printed pieces. Printing quote will be quoted separately to design through an external agency, and we will lease on your behalf. This fee is included in your initial quotation as administrative fee.
Munster Design will bill for any additional expenses not stated on quote in final invoice, you will be notified should you be approaching on chargeable hours outside of the agreed amount.
The fee schedule is outlined – 25% deposit of total fee is required prior to commencement of work by Munster Design.
Outstanding 75% of total fee is required on approval of final artwork once this account is settled then the release of the final high resolution files will be sent to you.
All payments in full before within & days of invoice date before any printing commences.
Tax inclusive in cost.
Design process and responsibilities – Throughout the job development process, proofs will be provided to client via email in a low resolution PDF or jpg file. Signed or email approval of these PDFs by the client is required.
By approving the artwork the client is stating that the designs are ready for printing, and takes responsibility for decision to print and financial responsibility for printed products.
Quotes can be provided by Munster Design on clients behalf, but payment upon invoice is the clients responsibility, and will be forwarded to you for direct payment.
Intellectual property – Once client pays for final design, the client has the rights to own the design with high resolution files, and various medium formats provided to client. Munster Design reserves the right to use their created designs in Munster Design business promotional forums as a portfolio piece, unless the client wishes it to be confidential, in this case they should mention in quote approval process.
